Hi, I'm Ileana Lucia Ferri, though many people know me as ilelu'. I am a self-taught digital artist whose practice has evolved from a deep exploration of traditional artistic techniques into a refined and distinctive visual language. My early studies taught me to understand form, composition, and the relationship between image and materiality, while my journey into digital art led me to master tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, and Affinity Designer. My work explores the intersections of memory, identity, and space as inseparable dimensions of inner experience. Human and animal figures often emerge at the center of my compositions, becoming vessels for reflections on vulnerability, connection, and transformation. Geometric structures provide a framework of balance, creating a dialogue between instinct and control, emotion and order. Through meticulous layering and visual construction, I create suspended worlds where light and silence take on an architectural presence. Each artwork becomes a place of memory, holding fragments of experience and inviting contemplation. Ancient symbols and contemporary forms coexist to explore the depth of the self and the quiet sacredness that can be found within silence.
